Having worked with BRCK in the fight against COVID 19, we found Moja WiFi to be an ideal digital communication channel to reach users in transit, who have been typically hard to engage. The points system provided the incentive for audiences to want to engage and consume our behavior change campaign content. We were able to measure campaign effectiveness on a weekly basis and understand how to adapt our content due to the analytics provided by the Moja team.
