Lance Condray

Chief Executive Officer

Lance has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and in senior executive roles in technology companies. Lance joined Bandwidth (Nasdaq: BAND) in 2001, shortly after its founding, and served as CFO until 2008 when he changed roles to become CEO of a subsidiary (BRCK CLEC). In this new role, he led the building of a nationwide network and the formation of an enterprise business unit. That business became one of the fastest growing businesses in the country and is now the largest VoIP provider in the United States.

After leaving Bandwidth, Lance followed a passion for developing connectivity solutions in challenging markets, particularly for rural and emerging countries. He led a group of Berkeley PHDs as CEO of Endaga, an Oakland-based startup that built an innovative hardware and software solution for rural cellular communications. Endaga caught the attention of Facebook and led to its acquisition and the formation of Facebook Connectivity. While at Facebook, Lance led multiple connectivity and infrastructure projects, including the notable OpenCellular project.

Looking for a new challenge, Lance formed Omninet, Inc with a long-time friend and cybersecurity expert to develop a SD-WAN and security solution with enterprise features for SMBs. While Covid slowed their path to market, the solution quickly found market acceptance via an acquisition with communications provider Cytracom. The product was rebranded ControlOne and is quickly gaining market share against more established brands like Cisco.

Lance’s role as CEO of BRCK brings together his experiences of the past two decades. He is combining BRCK’s international expertise in communication solutions for the harshest environments with the acquisition of BRCK’s SIP Trunking business and its more than one thousand business customers. The result is an exciting blend of robust, dependable solutions combined with cutting-edge technology that will have BRCK as a leader in this space for many years to come.

Lance graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Durham, NC with his wife Blake and five children. He loves UNC basketball and getting outside to ski or climb a mountain. He has two sweet dogs that aren’t very bright.
